Tom has a unique perspective regarding hospitality projects as he has worked as an owner representative, a general manager, contractor, project manager and has ownership in restaurants that are in operation.
He works closely in all facets of projects understanding the relation of all the moving parts of a hospitality project from the planning/budget stage, initial search of a location, feasibility, lease, permits, liquor licensing, design, construction, equipment, compliance.
Each project requires many professionals who are specialized in their areas. Raw Well Done has an active base of professionals that can be assembled as a team to work on all phases and areas of a project.
